since 2017

After venturing into the catering business, Bonitos is now one of the most sought after providers of catering services in Laguna and nearby areas. With its increasing volume of loyal clients and growing number of catering commitments, it was only natural that The Red Brick House Corporation would again venture into something bigger. Aligned with the corporation's Vision and Mission of providing high quality and innovative food and services, TRBHC decided to put up an All-Day Buffet Restaurant, a Smokehouse and a "TENT" for banquets in Los Baños, Laguna. Thus, One Bonitos Place was born.

OUR STORY

It all began in BONITOS....

The All-Day Buffet Restaurant has a dining area that can be transformed into private rooms. It can sit 100 heads comfortably excluding 16 seats al fresco. It can be separated into 3 function rooms with sound reduction magic walls:

Function Room A.

Can seat 50 heads.

Function Room B.

Can seat 30 heads.

Function Room C.

Can seat 20 heads.

All function rooms have flat HD LED 50" TVs and independent sound systems.

The restaurant also accepts all kinds of banquets. Contact us for more details.

Will operate daily from 11am - 2pm for lunch buffet and 5pm - 10pm for dinner buffet functions.

The Smokehouse offers a different approach to grilling and BBQs. Its specialty items include smoked whole brisket, chicken, pork spareribs and excellent sides. It also serves premium traditional European and artisanal sausages. Local and imported beers are also offered to go with the smoked and grilled items.

Will open daily from 5pm to 1am.

It will also offer some specialty items like:

1. Japanese Maki - California Roll, Veggie Roll, Ebi Roll, Futomaki, Spicy Tuna/Salmon Rolls

2. Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls

3. Satay (Beef & Chicken)

4. Quesadillas

5. Siomai (Pork & Shrimp-Pork)

6. Awesome Potato fries

The "TENT" is a future events place of Bonitos in ONE BONITOS PLACE. It will be able to seat 200 heads comfortably. Ideal for any kind of banquet. Ask us about it for more details.
